At Chelmer Fine Art, we want you to be completely delighted with your new masterpiece. If for any reason your artwork does not perfectly complement your home, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our gallery team within 14 days of receiving your artwork to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective materials and shipping crate to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Arranging Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will schedule a specialist art courier to collect the piece from your home at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon arrival at our gallery, our curators will inspect the piece, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
